The annual Remembrance Day service and wreath-laying ceremony will take place at Rotherham Minster and Clifton Park respectively on Sunday.
People should gather at the Railway Tavern before the parade departs from outside the Scout Hall at 10.45am for the service at Auchterderran War Memorial.
In Kirkcaldy the parade will muster at the Town House at 10.35am and begin marching to the war memorial, led by Kirkcaldy Pipe Band.
A procession will assemble in Princess Street at 10.10am prior to proceeding to the War Memorial.
The parade honour the service and sacrifice of the Armed Forces community, as well as the British and Commonwealth veterans, allies and civilian servicemen and women from the two World Wars and other conflicts.
The Royal British Legion invites the public to a performance by the Honington Voluntary Band and a drumhead service.

The Remembrance Sunday service will take place at Holy Trinity Church, Church Walk, at 10.50am.
Kilnhurst: The usual Sunday service will be held at St Thomas' Church before commemorations continue at the nearby war memorial. Assemble at the vehicle park adjacent to the Royal British Legion at 10.30am to march to the Methodist Church through the High Street.

This year that means Remembrance Sunday will take place on November 10. Beavers, Cubs, Scouts will then march with parents and leaders to the village war memorial for a wreath-laying ceremony.
It will be followed by a church service at St Mary's Church, St Mary's Close in High Street.
The British Legion Branch will also meet at the war memorial on Monday, November 11, to hold the Two-Minute Silence at 11am.
The service will be led by the Rev Dave Bull of All Saints Church.
The Remembrance Sunday service at The Church of St Peter and St Paul will start at 10.50am.
A remembrance service will begin at 10.45am at St Mary's Church in Cannon Lane.
The Lees War Memorial service will also commence at 10.55am.
At 2pm, at Keyhaven memorial, there will be a short service of remembrance attended by representatives from New Forest District Council, Hampshire County Council, youth organisations and military groups.
On Armistice Day, another ceremony and two-minute silence will take place at the war memorial at 10.45am.
