Kawhi Leonard is Blowing Up an NBA Issue in a Big Way

The NBA has fined The Clippers $50,000 for statements, including by head coach Doc Rivers, that ended up inconsistent with Leonard's health standing.

Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo has been named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week for games played from October 28-Nov. 3. "We're going to manage it the best way we can to keep me healthy and that's the most important thing, me being healthy moving forward".

Kawhi Leonard has been taking "load management" nights off and the return of George will help mitigate the Clippers' drop-off in those games.

A statement made by the National Basketball Association recently suggested that Leonard is suffering from a knee injury and that's why it's okay for him to miss games.

Load management, the decision to rest players from games in an effort to preserve their health that was made famous by the Toronto Raptors last season, has been contentious and the discourse over it was reignited last night with Leonard sitting out last night's nationally televised game against the Bucks.

Also as expected their superstar, Kawhi Leonard, one the best all-around basketball players in the world is already putting up MVP like numbers, just like he did in past year.

The Clippers lost last night's game against the Bucks, 129-124. George, who owns career averages of 19.8 points per game and 6.4 rebounds, has been named an All-Star six times in his career.

Los Angeles' next game is tonight against the Portland Trailblazers.
