Earlier this morning a 16-year-old male and a 16-year-old female were also arrested for first degree murder and brought to Central Station for interviews.

A 14-year-old and an 18-year-old, both males from Hamilton, were charged with first-degree murder on Tuesday.

Speaking with CTV News Toronto off-camera one day after her teenage son had died, Shari-Ann Sullivan Selvey said she was alerted to Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School, located near Parkdale Avenue South and Main Street East, on Monday afternoon for a problem.

Several blocks behind the school had been taped off for the past two days, but police said the scene has now been released.

She said her son, Devan Selvey, had been bullied at the school for quite sometime, but did not go into any further detail on the matter. Sgt. Steve Bereziuk said.

The second wanted suspect is a white male also in his early teens who was wearing dark trousers and a grey long-sleeved shirt with white shoes and a black backpack.

Bereziuk said there was a relationship between the boy and the suspects, but he didn't know the extent of it.
