Daniella and Quentin Tarantino are expecting their first child


The 56-year-old film icon Quentin Tarantino and his wife Daniella Pick, daughter of prominent Israeli musician and composer Svika Pick, have announced they are expecting their first child together.

That's right! Quentin Tarantino who is considered by many as one of the most influential filmmakers of all time is going to be a father for the very first time.

Tarantino met his wife, then Daniella Pick, while he was promoting his 2009 film Inglourious Basterds in Israel.

Speaking at the Cannes Film Festival in May, the director mentioned the impact marriage had on him.

In a recent appearance on Live With Jimmy Kimmel, Tarantino stated his desire to marry and have kids having never experienced both.

He wouldn't become a recluse like Catcher in the Rye author, J.D. Salinger, and would keep writing and perhaps work in television if he did close the door on his blockbuster directing career. Because I just got married six months ago. Well, he is on his way!
