Lyon give Tottenham their price for Ndombele

Manchester United have been dealt a heavy blow by Lyon star Tanguy Ndombele after admitting interest in Tottenham amidst uncertainty over his future. "Which player would not be interested in a big club?"

Tottenham Hotspur have reached the Champions League final without even adding new signings, but this summer they should capitalize on the success in the best European competition. Ndombele himself spoke about that possibility.

"I'll go on vacation, I'll rest my head, we'll see after".

Should Ndombele arrive, then Spurs are ready to listen to offers for Eric Dier and Victor Wanyama amongst others as they will have a have a number of summer targets to pay for, with the likes of Ryan Sessegnon and Giovani Lo Celso also wanted by the club.

Speculation continues to mount regarding the futures of Houssem Aouar, Moussa Dembele, Memphis Depay, Nabil Fekir and Ndombele, who is said to be interesting Tottenham and Paris Saint-Germain after emerging as one of Europe's most highly rated young midfielders.

Despite looming repayment deadlines on their £1bn stadium, Levy is expected to invest in the transfer market should Spurs raise funds through sales.

It was a solid season for Tottenham and they came within a whisker of winning their first major trophy under Pochettino before they suffered a 2-0 defeat by Liverpool FC in the Champions League final back at the start of the month.

Fekir nearly joined Liverpool 12 months ago in a £53 million transfer on the eve of the World Cup.
