Britney Spears no longer in mental health facility

Doctors will continue to work with the 37-year-old star on finding the ideal medication combination but she will still be returning to her home by the end of the week.

Britney Spears has reportedly returned to her Los Angeles home after completing her stay at a mental health treatment facility.

Spears is reportedly looking forward to spending time with her family and does not now have any plans to return to performing.

Spears on Wednesday took to Instagram to share her workout video, quipping: "Who knew stress would be a great five pound weight loss".

"My family has been going through a lot of stress and anxiety lately, so I just needed time to deal". I had to make the hard decision to put my full focus and energy on my family at this time.

"Hi guys, just checking in with all of you who have been concerned about me", she said.

The singer was pictured grabbing frozen yogurt in Santa Monica on Tuesday, hours before breaking her silence on Instagram about the ongoing wellness treatment.

Spears was picked up by her boyfriend, Sam Asghari, according to TMZ.

In January, she announced she was putting her Vegas run of "Britney: Domination" at the Park MGM resort on hold until further notice due to her dad's health, which has seen him undergo two major surgeries after his colon ruptured in November.

"She had a small smile and just looked chill like she got to get away from things for a little while and enjoyed a normal day with her boyfriend", an eyewitness described at that time. Late a year ago, the singer was gearing up for a return to the Las Vegas with her "Britney Domination" concert, following her wildly successful Vegas show "Britney Piece of Me".
