The England striker has missed Spurs' last seven matches after suffering an ankle ligament injury at the end of the 1-0 home defeat to Manchester United on January 13.
The absence of Dele Alli and Harry Kane through injury was meant to derail Tottenham Hotspur's bid for Premier League and Champions League glory but they have continued to pick up positive results in impressive fashion.
It was a heart-in-mouth sort of moment for Spurs fans back in mid-January, when Harry Kane went down clutching his ankle against Manchester United, a match they would eventually lose.
We kick-off at Turf Moor at 12.30pm on Saturday.
Kane was seen taking part in a number of running exercises with his team-mates at their Enfield training base before also getting in some work with the ball as he looks to shake off some rustiness.More news: Tiger Woods wins Laureus World Comeback of the Year Award

But despite his significant absence over recent weeks, the England worldwide still remains in the hunt for the Premier League's Golden Boot this season.
In the league though, Spurs have been on a roll with wins over Leicester, Newcastle, Watford, and Fulham.
Kane, who has scored 20 times in all competitions this season, will give a major boost to Tottenham as they enter a crucial stage of the campaign.
With Kane set to return to the team for this weekend's game against Burnley, Tottenham appear to be in rude health and Son can take plenty of credit for that.
Son has scored in each of his last four contests since returning from the Asian Games.
