Meghan Markle's father shares the letter she wrote him after her wedding

"I would challenge her to take a lie detector test anywhere on the planet with investigators that are not paid by her to skew the results".

She even described Samantha as "your (Thomas Markle) other daughter, who I barely know". "Your actions have broken my heart into a million pieces-not simply because you have manufactured such unnecessary and unwarranted pain, but by making the choice to not tell the truth as you are puppeteered in this".

However, he denied Meghan Markle's claims that he hadn't tried to reach her and showed the publication texts to prove that he has tried to contact Meghan Markle and his son-in-law.

Thomas Markle has repeatedly granted interviews and spoken about his strained relationship with his daughter, going so far as to say that he made her who she is today. Please allow us to live our lives in peace.

The former "Suits" actress recounted in the letter that she and Prince Harry repeatedly reached out to Markle before the wedding, that she personally helped him financially, and that she only learned of his reported heart attack through the tabloids. He also responded to the letter with his own note. "I can't force you. Please stop lying, please stop creating so much pain, please stop exploiting my relationship with my husband", Meghan wrote, according to her father. "You sent me an email last October that said: 'If I've depended too much on you for financial help then I'm sorry but please if you could help me more not as a bargaining chip for my loyalty".

Meghan went on to refute her father's previous claims that he called her to say he wasn't coming to her wedding, and also hit back at his claim that he never asked her for money. "Everything that Meghan is, I made her". He's never called; he's never texted.

But Thomas Markle shared the letter with the Mail on Sunday, which published it in part this weekend.

In Aug. 2018, Markle wrote a handwritten 5-page letter to her father to discuss her feelings and their strained relationship.

Apparently, Meghan's bombshell five-page letter, sent in August past year, lays bare the true depths of the Duchess's estrangement from her father. She also noted that she wasn't aware of his heart attack, which caused him to miss the royal wedding, until reading about it in a tabloid.

Meghan Markle can't seem to catch a break when it comes to family.

Kensington Palace declined to comment on the letter.
