Spice Girls Jonathan Ross Show: We didn't invite Victoria Beckham on tour

Victoria Beckham was never actually asked to join the Spice Girls' reunion tour, according to Sporty Spice Mel C.

The remaining members' interview with Jonathan Ross will air tonight in the UK.

Victoria Beckham will not be joining the group because she wants to focus on her fashion line.

It turns out that not only is Emma Stone a major Spice Girls fan, she actually changed her name from Emily Stone to Emma, in part, because of her love of Emma "Baby Spice" Bunton. But she did raise the valid point that she was never really asked [to go on tour].

Ross suggested that maybe the gals should have given VB to opportunity to join the band again if she wanted to, to which Gerri responded that they had, and that Victoria had simply "moved on".

Geri Horner, Mel B, Mel C and Emma Bunton announced earlier this week to announce they were getting back together for a United Kingdom stadium tour and they've admitted they didn't invite the fashion designer to be part of their plans because they "assumed" she'd be unavailable.

The superfan has big plans to catch the group on their six-show United Kingdom tour next summer, saying, "I saw them in concert in the '90s".
