The overall shape of the OnePlus 6T is familiar with its rounded corners but it's much thinner and lighter than you might expect.
The differences to the look of the OnePlus 6T are more favorable though, as it has a much smaller notch and it's in a teardrop shape, rather than a rectangle. The 6T comes in two color variants mid-night black and mirror black. The OnePlus phones DO have AMOLED Display versus the Pocophone F1's LCD. The OnePlus 6T also gets the latest Corning Gorilla 6 protection.
The company is also introducing a new Nightscape feature that's meant to help improve low-light photography.
There are some tweaks to the interface though.

As mentioned above, the Indian pricing of the OnePlus 6T will be revealed tomorrow. Smart Boost is another feature getting top billing - it stores app data in RAM for up to 20 percent speedier cold starts. That includes a 16 mp and 20 mp rear camera setup while the front boasts of a 16 mp sensor. The notch has the three-in-one ambient/distance/RGB sensor and the front-facing 16MP camera placed inside.
As for the rest, OnePlus is including the Android security patch 2018.11, an improvement to the UI in the About phone page, general improvements when taking a screenshot, and a new Google quick search box. Well, if you are using a OnePlus 6 you can also experience the Launcher v3.1 on your device. Both phones support fast charging though.
In an earlier blog post, CEO Pete Lau had explained that the company had tried to implement the feature on the OnePlus 5T, but it struggled with accuracy.
The best news? The base model (6GB RAM, 128GB storage) is priced just $549, followed by $579 (8GB RAM, 128GB storage) and $629 (8GB RAM, 256GB storage) versions.
Under the hood, you have the same Snapdragon 845 which is the flagship processor from Qualcomm but OnePlus has chose to eliminate the 64GB version and directly offer 128GB storage as a base version. If you choose to pre-book a OnePlus 6T now - and today is the last day to do so - there are a number of benefits you will get. Making this one of the most eye-pleasing notches to be released this year.
Of course, you also have the under the display fingerprint sensor and OnePlus is calling this "Screen Unlock". In my brief time with the phone, the sensor did work as advertised, but using this type of fingerprint sensor takes some getting used to in order to make sure your finger is in the right spot.
