Meghan Markle looked like a true princess landing in Fiji this morning

A traditional kava preparation was carried out in front of the royal couple before Prince Harry was handed a bowl of kava to drink.

Harry and Meghan were greeted by the Prime Minister of Fiji, Hon Frank Bainamara, and his wife Maria and many locals came out to greet them as they travelled through the island.

Markle and Harry are now on their first worldwide tour together and arrived in Fiji on Tuesday. Instead, Meghan wants to do and see as much as she can and of course, support Prince Harry during the Invictus Games, which are being held in Sydney, Australia this week.

She is believed to be around four months pregnant and has had a hectic start to the 16-day tour.

Kensington Palace says that though Meghan is not suffering from morning sickness, she was advised to skip the forest trip because of the bumpy trek there.

A video posted online showed a well-wisher calling out: "Congratulations, I hope it's a girl!" to which he replied "So do I!"

Prince Harry then saw the crystal clear waters of the island's Lake McKenzie, where he took off his shoes and was cleansed by Aunty Nai Nai Bird, before walking barefoot in the shallows. It's understood she's not feeling sick but has been feeling exhausted.

There was a loud cheer at Albert Park as people witnessed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex touch down at Nausori Airport this afternoon via a live telecast.

Looking rested and happy as ever, Meghan cradled her baby bump dressed in a striped linen dress by American eco-friendly brand Reformation, pairing it with the Sarah Flint Greargladiator sandals she wore earlier this summer to a polo match.
