Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka claims he's moving from stride to stride under new boss Unai Emery. The Gunners, however, have several players on the final year of their contracts and one of them could join their rivals.

The 26-year-old has started every Premier League game for the Gunners and has been a central figure in their stunning run of nine consecutive wins in all competitions.

"We needed some time to get to know the character and philosophy of the new manager".

Liverpool and Chelsea target Aaron Ramsey is open to joining a "top six" club this summer, with the Blues watching his situation closely. The Welshman is out of contract at the end of the season.

The pair have deals until the end of the season but the club, who are also in negotiations with David De Gea, Ashley Young and Juan Mata, are hopeful new terms will be agreed soon.

Breaking that structure for Ramsey, a good player but not a great one, could prove a mistake. However, it seems Liverpool are not keen on luring Ramsey. Today, the latest on Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey... So it means he has indirectly alerted all the clubs that he might be available for free next summer.

Ramsey will be free to sign a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs in January and has said in the past he's tempted by a move overseas but the midfielder will also have plenty of options if he decides to remain in England.

It would be a huge loss for Arsenal to let Ramsey go for free.
