Black Ops 4's Halloween event starts tomorrow, but only on PS4

Players on PC and Xbox One can go shopping seven days later on October 26.

After only being on the market for a week, Treyarch has followed through with their release of the first major patch/update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and it adds a ton of new features...well if you play on PlayStation 4 that is.

By accessing the Halloween-themed content stream, players can work their way towards limited-time items and use them to express themselves in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's Multiplayer and Blackout matches.

The Contraband stream is a free progression path for all players to earn new cosmetic gear.

These Operations will deliver a new batch of content every couple of months, starting with the first season, Operation First Strike, which begins today on PS4. Treyarch has outlined the rewards which include: New characters for Blackout, signature weapons, special outfits, and unique tags and gestures.

We're bringing the Black Market back in #BlackOps4 today, first on PS4.

Tags / Gestures - Whether you're taunting opponents or celebrating a victory, Tags and Gestures are a flawless way to express yourself in the game.

This event falls in line with other charity events publishers have campaigned in the past, with Blizzard most recently providing a limited-edition Pink Mercy skin where all proceeds went to the Breast Cancer Research Fund. The first event will, of course, be Halloween-themed and kick off tomorrow (October 20). But, PC and Xbox One players have to wait a week for the Halloween event, meaning they get the green light on October 27.

Finally, the Black Market store front will update with the Blackjack's Shop in November. The shop refreshes weekly with a variety of items. It introduces the Contraband stream, which is essentially Black Ops 4's take on Fortnite's Battle Pass and PUBG's Event Pass.

The best way is to keep on grinding and eventually you'll hit max weapon level in Black Ops 4.
