Apple iPhone XR pre-orders start today

The cheapest iPhone that was launched this year, iPhone XR, managed to remain under the spotlight with its low pricing - serving an opportunity to upgrade for those who were critical of iPhone XS-series pricing. It'll be available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB storage options as well as black, blue, yellow, white, coral, and red color options.

The Apple iPhone Xr will be available for pre-order this week, and local stores have unveiled their pricing for the device. We don't expect it to be far off from the pre-order period though but nevertheless, we'll keep you posted once we received such info from the company.

In an investor released today (via Apple Insider), Kuo said that the iPhone XR demand remains high along with improved supply in October.

The iPhone XR comes with 6.1” LCD panel, one 12 MP camera on the back and 2,942 mAh battery.

Apple announced the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and the iPhone XR in September.

There are just three days left until pre-orders of the iPhone XR commence, and you'll just have to wait around a week more when the sales actually begin. It features 6.1-inch liquid retina display with a resolution of 828 pixels by 1792 pixels at a PPI of 326 pixels per inch.

Since we've already reported about Verizon's iPhone XR deals and promos, let's take a look at what other carriers have to offer. Although it's not quite as expensive as the iPhone XS ($1,000 and up), the $749 starting price puts it out of reach for many a buyer. (After 18 months of payments, you can either move on to a new phone or pay the remaining balance on your iPhone XR to own it outright.) However, Sprint's pre-order page now lets you register for priority status with the iPhone XR.
