Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Spotted at Marriage License Courthouse

Lovebirds: Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have been spotted entering a NY courthouse - and it's known to issue marriage licences, according to TMZ.

According to TMZ, the Sorry singer and fiancée Hailey Baldwin were spotted at the Marriage Bureau in NY on Thursday, where marriage licenses are issued.

Justin was reportedly extremely emotional at the Marriage Bureau where eyewitnesses said he was crying and at one point said, "I can't wait to marry you, baby", according to TMZ.

It's not confirmed whether they simply picked up a license or actually tied the knot.

One important detail is that a marriage license in NY is only valid for two months, meaning that the happy couple will be walking down the aisle at any time in the next 60 days.
