Miller, born Malcolm James McCormick on January 19, 1992, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, died at the age of 26-years-old of an apparent overdose. The couple split in April after two years of dating. He was found unresponsive around noon on Friday, September 7, in a bedroom at his San Fernando Valley home and was pronounced dead at the scene.
While an autopsy has been completed, the cause of death has not yet been revealed as "additional tests" are needed, according to a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Coroner. Now TMZ reports that as a result of his death, the Los Angeles City Attorney has been forced to drop a DUI case against him.
