Hot on the heels of showcasing an fantastic Halo-themed mission for the game, Forza Horizon 4 is just about ready to race out of the starting gate!

You don't need to wait until October to get a taste of Playground Games' upcoming entry in the studio's Forza Horizon series. "Seasons change everything in Forza Horizon 4 and players will experience each of the four unique seasons in the demo".

Xbox has announced that Forza Horizon 4 has gone gold. No matter how you like to play the game, you'll be earning Influence as you go - exploring racing, performing stunts, taking photographs, creating (liveries, tunes and Blueprints), and streaming (or viewing) on Mixer.

According to the store listing, the demo will be a 27.83GB download, and the minimum requirements for PC gamers include 8GB of RAM and dedicated GPU with 2GB of memory like the NVidia 650TI, NVidia GT 740 or AMD R7 250. Are any of you planning on picking up Forza Horizon 4?

The UK is a grim, miserable place, but Forza Horizon 4 will fix that by flinging it into space in a Halo-themed event. The pack can be bought separately, or comes included in Forza Horizon 4's Ultimate Edition. Forza Horizon Standard Edition is $59.99, Deluxe Edition is $79.99, and the Ultimate Edition will set you back $99.99.
