As Duchess Meghan celebrates turning 37, her estranged rather vocal half-sister Samantha Markle, instead of wishing her a happy birthday, has compared her to the villain of Disney's "101 Dalmations", known as Cruella de Vil.

Meghan and husband Prince Harry spent the day attending the wedding of Harry's old friend Charlie van Straubenzee, who married Daisy Jenks in Surrey, just outside of London.

Samantha and Meghan haven't been in contact for years - but that hasn't stopped the Duchess's sister from weighing in on Meghan's life.

Back in 2014, she shared these words of wisdom with ELLE UK and, frankly, they hold true for any year and any person's birthday, too. He has recently complained in the press about how Meghan and Kensington Palace have recently severed ties with him and has also expressed concern over her public royal appearances.

Prince Harry and Meghan, who have been spending their spare time at their country home in the Cotswolds, will be joining Queen Elizabeth shortly at Balmoral for the annual royal family summer visit to the Scottish Highlands. She has opted for muted colors like oatmeal and blush instead of the more colorful choices she wore before walking down the aisle.

Listen, I'm sure there were more personal and private message to Duchess Meghan, but I'll take what I can get. "And hopefully we'll start a family in the near future".
