One of the only real surprises from Square Enix's E3 2018 press conference was the reveal of The Quiet Man.

Additionally, Square Enix announced it will release a PlayStation 4 Pro Limited Edition and Kingdom Hearts All-In-One Package including Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 HD Remix and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue only on PlayStation 4. The publisher streamed the announcements directly to viewers in lieu of a stage show, which was a good call considering just how little new information there was to share relative to the press conferences of Microsoft, EA and Bethesda.

What was disappointing though was that there was no mention at all of Square Enix's Avengers game, which previous year they'd implied would be revealed at E3.

But, there were a few reveals that made Square Enix's showcase worth checking out.

Scheduled for a 2019 release, Platinum Games is developing this title. The title is Babylon's Fall, and you can see a brief teaser below. Monster Hunter: World and Final Fantasy XIV will be pairing up in Summer 2018 as the Rathalos appears in FFXIV. If you want to check out the trailer for The Quiet Man, it's embedded right above. Since then, Square has announced that FF7 will be released in an episodic format, stirring up concern from fans that the multi-CD-ROM experience they knew and loved back in the game's heyday may not arrive intact when the remake-or rather parts of it-are released. There was also nothing about the unnamed The Avengers game, despite E3 2018 being the flawless opportunity to share details after the hype surrounding The Avengers: Infinity War.

In your quest, you'll enlist the help of characters from the Final Fantasy game series, as well as Disney characters past and present.
