Switch Gets Super Mario Party in October

Smash Ultimate will launch on Nintendo Switch December 7, 2018.

Once again, the game will be a mix of minigames and boards, unlike the previous release, Mario Party: The Top 100.

This is especially true of this year because of the presence of a (presumably) brand-new Super Smash Bros. game. Called Super Smash Bros Ultimate, the game includes every character that has appeared in any edition of Super Smash Bros - that's more than 60 fighters.

As had already been spoiled via rumors, the hugely popular Fortnite Battle Royale mode is coming to Switch-as in, today, at 1pm ET, as Nintendo announced the game is going live at the Nintendo eShop. It's the first Mario Party console game since Mario Party 10 debuted on the Wii U in 2015. Everything was rolling along than came Smash Bros and they spend like 20 minutes on that, It took so long that I started doing some cleaning around the room and than the presentation was over???? Second, you may be able to slightly change the way mini-games are played by putting two Switches physically side-by-side.

Other titles announced during the Nintendo Direct included Daemon X Machina, Overcooked!
