Princess Charlotte is being christened in the church if St Mary Magdalene in Sandringham, Norfolk, where Princess Diana was also christened.

Kate Middleton and Prince William missed his cousin's wedding. He also officiated the christenings of Louis' siblings, Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 3.

George's christening at the same venue in October 2013 was an intimate occasion, with only 23 guests attending. The date fits in perfectly with Prince Harry and Meghan's busy schedule as it falls one day before their official two-day visit to Dublin.

Prince Louis' christening details have been revealed!

That's because the two have prior engagements: William on another royal duty, and Kate caring for little Prince Louis.

Prince William and Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, have named their third child.

In keeping with royal tradition, Prince Louis will be baptized at the age of three months old.

It's not yet known who Prince Louis' godparents will be, but punters seem to believe soon-to-be former private secretary Miguel Head and his childhood nanny Tiggy Legge-Bourke are favourites in the running. Sister Charlotte was christened at the royal family estate in Sandringham. "These photos, and the images of the family arriving, will be seen as a compromise by the Cambridges".
