Angelina Jolie Could Lose Primary Custody Of Her Kids With Brad Pitt

Angie is not allowed to be present during any of the visits, but a child therapist will be there for much of the time.

Jolie, 43, who has primary physical custody of their six children, has been told by a judge that she must let Pitt, 54, see the kids regularly while she films Maleficent 2 in the United Kingdom this summer.

According to Us Weekly, the Superior Court of Los Angeles County deemed in the documents that the children "are safe with their father", and it is "critical that each of them have a healthy and strong relationship" with Brad.

A detailed summer visitation schedule was even set up for the kids and Brad. The schedule involves each child except for Maddox, who is being allowed to make his own choices because he is older. The Fight Club actor will have physical custody of the minor children (all but Maddox) for four hours a day from June 8 to 17 in London, where the Maleficent actress rents a house.

While the scheduling agreement states that Angelina is not allowed to be present during Brad's time with the kids, a child psychologist has to be. During this 10-day period, Pitt shall spend time with each child at least twice.

Cape Town - Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reached a new custody agreement in their bitter divorce battle.

The court also issued a stern warning to Angelina: "If the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with [Angelina] and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Brad]".

In the spirit of strengthening the relationship with Pitt, the court has laid out a summer schedule for the children, minus Maddox, to spend time with the actor over the summer.

From July 21 to the 29th, Pitt will be in California and will decide whether the children stay with him or Jolie's home in Los Angeles.

He is responsible for returning them back to Jolie in London on July 29, in addition to paying for their transportation. Pitt was accused of child abuse in 2016 during an incident aboard a private plane.

Sources told E! News that the rift has "dragged on for months, ' is at the heart of 'why the divorce is not final" yet almost two years after Jolie filed.

But a judge has threatened to change their arrangements if Jolie doesn't start giving Pitt access to their brood.

It was also revealed that Jolie reads through her children's text messages and the judge has asked her to end that odd habit. The judge also requested that the calls and texts not be monitored by Jolie. Jolie can not be present or attempt to interfere.
