According to Xiaomi, its Mi Bedside Lamp can be easily configured to fit any environment, and can also be controlled by the touch-sensitive panel at the top and the Mi Home app. Using Wi-Fi, the Mi Smart Plug allows users to turn power on and off devices using an app or users can just ask the Google Assistant to remotely control their newly-converted smart gadgets.

Xiaomi's Google Assistant-compatible smart home products include the Mi Bedside Lamp, Mi LED Smart Bulb and Mi Smart Plug, which are expected to be launched in the U.S soon.

Next, the Mi LED Smart Bulb also supports 16 million colours.

These smart home products will hit the USA markets soon, beginning with Mi Bedside Lamp in May.

The Mi bed-side Lamp might look as though it but it truly isn't a typical desk lamp. With voice commands via Google Assistant, users can control switching it on and off, brightness, and colour temperature remotely. The Chinese company is promising to release more products going forward.

The Google Assistant is getting a lot of love this week, thanks to the tech giant for working on the smart-voice-virtual-assistant that is being integrated with many services, products, and companies.

Xiaomi's head of global Wan Xiang also announced that the US customers can expect a lot more products to come along.

Earlier NV reported that a Xiaomi phone can go on sale in the U.S.by the end of this year.

"We have always considered the possibility of entering the American market".

The United States market is already familiar with the Xiaomi brand, even if phones are yet to reach the country. It understandably doesn't want to take any risk ahead of its billion-dollar Hong Kong IPO.
