I didn't want to get this far in the news. "It was about money". Seven years ago, Ennis apparently had another boyfriend arrested on a domestic violence charge after he broke up with here.

Foster was charged for the incident in April, and about two weeks after, Ennis recanted her accusation through her attorney.

She said Foster broke up with her after she got into the fight with another woman during a road rage incident in San Francisco. She admitted to such on the witness stand on Thursday. As for the different stories she has told authorities: "I was lying about a lot of stuff", she said.

From there, Ennis said her and the driver of the other auto engaged in an altercation that Ennis estimated to last about 15 minutes.

She also testified she flagged down a passerby to call 911 on Foster after considering whether to falsify charges following a verbal altercation. The exception came during testimony from the final witness, Officer Katrina Freeman of the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department who said that Foster seemed agitated at times on February 11.

Ennis discussed her claims with Detective James Wiens of the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department two days later when she had flown home to her mother's residence in Louisiana, both parties confirmed in court today.

"I wanted to sue Reuben". I apologize to everyone'.

"I was threatening Reuben that I was going to f-k up his career", Ennis said. Ennis said she took $8,000 in cash and two Rolex watches - all Foster's - with her when she flew home to Louisiana after Foster's arrest. No charges have been filed related to the alleged abuse of the dog. Klippen is going to take six days to deliberate, pour over the evidence and determine if Ennis was lying when she made her initial claims February 11, as Ennis said Thursday, or if Ennis is lying now. Among the injuries Ennis suffered was a ruptured eardrum that required a hospital visit later in the day.

Of the purported lies against Foster, she said, "It was all a money scheme". 49ers GM John Lynch said the team would be patient through the legal process, but if the charges against Foster were proven true, he would be promptly released.

The domestic violence charge is the most serious, but Foster is also awaiting a verdict on a gun charge, which could potentially be dismissed to a misdemeanor.

The judge in the case, Nona Klippen, said she would rule next week on whether enough evidence had been established to move forward to a jury trial, which would take place in July. Ennis recanted through a lawyer weeks earlier, but prosecutors indicated they would continue with the case.
