Lucas took to Twitter Tuesday to acknowledge there was argument and that "everyone is fine".
Krista Glover, 36, "forcefully attacked" and injured Lucas Glover inside a rented home in Ponte Vedra Saturday night, a police report obtained by the Daily Mail says. Glover also said Krista had been drinking throughout the day.
The police report states that Krista's husband Lucas attempted to stop deputies from arresting his wife by changing his witness statement. She allegedly stiffened up her body and wrapped her legs around the door to make the task hard.
Krista was ultimately put into the auto, but she then began screaming and forcefully kicking the rear driver's side door of the patrol vehicle. She was released on $2,500 bond and has a date in court on May 31. Based in Los Angeles.
"Regrettably, although Krista was charged, we are comfortable that the judicial system is able to address what actually happened", the statement said in part.
A police report filed on the case stated Glover and his wife were engaged in a dispute when his mother became involved.

A pro golfer's wife called him a "pussy" and a "loser" and attacked him and his mother after he played a bad round, according to police reports.
Krista Glover resisted deputies' efforts to place her in a patrol vehicle, according to the report, and her tirade continued on the ride to jail.
She allegedly tried to wrap her legs and feet around the frame of the open auto door, and once inside, Krista allegedly damaged the vehicle by kicking the door.
According to the report, Glover's wife resisted being placed in the back seat of a patrol auto and damaged the door by repeatedly kicking it. "We thank you for respecting our privacy as we work through this unfortunate situation".
At one point during the transport to jail, two deputies tried to loosen her handcuffs and she tried to get away.
A former Clemson University golf star, Lucas Glover has been on the PGA tour since 2001.
