Trump keeps pressure on Comey after memos circulate

Trump had told Comey that he didn't even spend a night in Moscow. But flight records reviewed by Bloomberg, combined with social media posts, appear to indicate that Trump indeed spent a full weekend with business associates and pageant developers in the Russian capital.

But a Bloomberg report on Monday that scrutinized flight schedules and social media posts showed that Trump arrived in Moscow early Friday morning Russian Federation time - and didn't return to the Big Apple until very early Sunday morning NY time.

According to the Wall Street Journal, two of the documents Trump shared are now being probed by the Justice Department's Inspector General, one that was upgraded to "confidential" after Comey left his position and another that contained classified information that Comey said was redacted before his circulated it.

According to Bloomberg's reconstruction of events, Trump flew from Asheville to Moscow on a Bombardier Global private jet owned by Phil Ruffin, his partner in the Trump International Hotel and Tower in Las Vegas, the New York Times reported in January 2017.

The allegations were detailed in a dossier about alleged collusion between Trump's campaign and Russian Federation by British spy Christopher Steele.

A reconstruction of events shows the future US president's journey to Moscow began in North Carolina, where he attended a birthday tribute to evangelist Billy Graham on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013.

Now, flight records obtained by Bloomberg provide to-the-minute details, from wheels down to departure.

Per records Bloomberg purchased from data aviation company FlightAware, a plane likely carrying Trump left Asheville, North Carolina (where he'd been attending a birthday celebration for the late Rev. Billy Graham) on November 7, 2013.

And a Twitter account dedicated to Olivia Culpo - the beauty pageant's 2012 victor - posted a photo of Culpo, Trump and the singer Nick Jonas that same day.

A local restaurant, Nobu Moscow, later posted a photo of Trump outside of the restaurant, before he attended Agalarov's birthday party.

Miss Universe host Aras Agalarov said the plane touched down at Vnukovo airport, which is less than an hour away from the Ritz, early in the morning on November 8, according to Bloomberg.

Ruffin's Bombardier took off from Vnukovo airport at 3:58 a.m. Moscow time, which is seven hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, the records show.

According to the New York Times, Trump's longtime bodyguard Keith Schiller told Congress during a private hearing that during that trip, he was offered to have five women sent to Trump's hotel room, but that Schiller declined. Schiller said he and Trump laughed off the offer.
