Now EA plans to honor that with the latest Star Wars Battlefront 2 update and the addition of a new mode where you can play as a small, furry warrior. He also attempted to assuage fears about microtransactions in upcoming EA games as well, stating, "For games that come next, for Battlefield or for Anthem, [players have] made it very clear that we can't afford to make similar mistakes". However, the stormtroopers' superior training and firepower are more than a match for the Ewoks.
No word yet on whether these Ewoks will try to eat the stormtroopers, too. Take to the forest moon of Endor in this new game mode, Ewok Hunt. Luckily, EA seemed to have learned from the entire diabacle and are keeping them strictly cosmetic meaning they won't hinder the gameplay at all.More news: Kings Vs. Golden Knights Live Stream

As part of this months release, Crystals will return to Star Wars Battlefront II as one of the ways for fans to unlock Appearances, including Endor Leia and Endor Han. After removing the microtransactions and refining the progression system Star Wars Battlefront II has become a much better experience. Are you team Ewok or team Stormtrooper? The only way to obtain crystals is to spend real money on them, and crystals themselves can only be spent on new "Appearances" to use in game.
In total, more than 50 additional Appearances will be included in the update, such as Wounded Chewbacca with an arm patch, Scarred Kylo Ren, Administrator Lando, Hooded Yoda, and Ahch-To Rey, as well as forty new Trooper Appearances. Credits are earned through in-game activity and can be redeemed toward Appearances, as well.
Night on Endor launches on April 18th on all platforms, check out the screenshots below.
