The Eagles recently put out a statement, stating they are "gathering more information".

Set to enter his third National Football League season, Worley was acquired from the Carolina Panthers this offseason for veteran wide receiver Torrey Smith.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Eagles CB Daryl Worley was arrested Sunday morning in Philadelphia following an altercation with police.

Worley was found passed out behind the wheel when officers arrived, the source says. Per Garofolo, the incident occurred near the Eagles' team facility. Rapoport added that "a gun was recovered at the scene".
