Duo pose as police; beat, rob woman

A suspect has been arrested in a San Francisco hit-and-run that sent a woman to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, police said.

The footage shows the officer lying on the floor and attempting to defend himself as the man sits on top of him, launching a series of blows.

An officer conducting radar on Highway 153 at Shallowford Road said a white Oldsmobile van went by driving erratically and at a high rate of speed.

There was no mention of the white man in the video who said he was meeting with the men. Another says, "They didn't do anything, I saw the entire thing".
