Bismarck police arrest man for threatening 4 officers

The vehicle's owner, Darryl R. Ulicny, 64, of Vienna, told police the 2008 Ford Expedition was stolen at gunpoint.

A man is facing several serious charges after police say he led them on a chase and tried to hit police officers with his vehicle.

At that point, police said Hellenbrand kicked Sgt. Walters in the head, causing him to lose consciousness. Eventually, Muntean emerged from the vehicle and surrendered.

First responders arrived and found the victim with a gunshot wound. He tested positive at a hospital for marijuana and amphetamine. However, he was sentenced to four months in jail to be followed by deportation.
