Somebody in Pennsylvania is feeling like a million today. The Texas ticket won $2 million because it included the Power Play option. The Pennsylvania Lottery requires winners to be named to ensure that the system operates with "integrity and transparency".

Tweaks to the game in October 2015 increased the number of total balls, from 59 to 69, from which players need to pick five. The Powerball jackpot has rolled over 19 times and was last won on January 10. Meanwhile, $377-million is up for grabs in Tuesday night's Mega Millions drawing.
