The president's speech came just days before the special congressional election Tuesday. His new slogan will be "Keep America great!" with an exclamation point.
After telling supporters he was responsible for the greatness of South Korea's Olympic Games and for bringing North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un to the bargaining table, Trump meandered through a long list of reasons why "Make America Great Again" could not be his 2020 re-election slogan.
He also repeated his interest in running against the American talk show queen Oprah Winfrey, a fellow billionaire entrepreneur whose passionate speech at a January awards show sparked fevered speculation about her ambitions.
Trump nearly seemed to get a little defensive about the jab in his speech, reminding the crowd that he attended Wharton. "I know her weakness".
And while campaigning for him, the former vice president paid Lamb the ultimate compliment: "He reminds me of my son Beau", Biden said, referring to his eldest son who died of brain cancer in 2015.
Trump has also reportedly said that he does not see lenient approaches to drug-related crimes as effective, and believes that children need to be taught that they will die if they use illicit substances.
Trump says, "We're saving the steel" and that both steel and aluminum are "back", drawing cheers.
For his part, Saccone was delighted to have support from the White House. The White House said that Trump had expressed interest in Singapore's policy of executing drug dealers.
Trump won the district by 20 points in the presidential election, but the closeness of Republican Saccone and Democratic candidate Connor Lamb has prompted injections of cash and magnified attention on the race. Last month, Trump showed up at the Conservative Political Action Conference and gave a rambling, unscripted 75-minute address in which he attacked Democrats, mocked Sen.

The local AFL-CIO is calling members and going door-to-door to ensure they vote for Lamb on Tuesday. Saccone is now going up against Democrat Conor Lamb. While on stage, Trump acknowledged he "might have made a mistake" in endorsing odd, who went on to lose the primary to Roy Moore, whom numerous president's supporters had endorsed.
The president dismissed Democrat Lamb's efforts to distance himself from his national party and House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi.
Trump said he thinks the North wants to have peace.
A source familiar with the inner-workings of Saccone's campaign has said that tariffs are not an issue that moves the needle for them, largely because his Democratic opponent Conor Lamb is also supportive of the tariffs. "And I would think it's certainly helpful that he's coming up this weekend".
During the campaign, a number of women leveled allegations of sexual misconduct against Mr. Trump.
Typically the party that controls the White House loses seats in the U.S. Congress in the first election after a new president takes office.
He said the United States has a trade deficit of $100 billion with the European Union, "because we have stupid politicians doing stupid things".
