On the specifications front, along with the Snapdragon processor, the Mi MIX 2S might feature 6.01-inch Full HD display (narrowed bezels, nearly looks like no-bezel display) with 18:9 aspect ratio, 6 or 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage.
The network posted a new photo of the smartphone Xiaomi Mi 2S Mix, announcement of which still cannot be. Still we will have to wait and see if Xiaomi does indeed introduce such a feature, because this is a relatively newer technology and so far only Vivo has confirmed it is using this in its phones. Another report meanwhile suggests that the upcoming Xiaomi smartphone will come packed with features like Qi standard wireless charging, ARCore, and several AI feature as well. The teaser posted on the website does not mention wireless charging explicitly. The image contains a device, which most probably is a wireless charging pad, with a large bolt sign above it, which resembles the Qualcomm Quick Charge logo.
New pictures of the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S have apparently appeared online, as well as a render of the device and a camera sample for it.
Also, a recent firmware teardown by some folks over at XDA had also hinted about Xiaomi's intention to launch a wireless charging compatible device. Previous teaser poster shows the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2S sporting a full-screen design with negligible bezels on the top and sides. Presumably, it will house the selfie camera and the sensors on the bottom bezel like its predecessor.
This isn't actually the first time that we've seen the Mi Mix 2S with that kind of display notch. The company has started publicising about the existence of the smartphone.
So where is the camera on the Mi Mix 2S? The device comes in three variants - 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB storage.
