Bobbi Kristina's ex arrested on domestic battery charges -- again

But here we go one more time: Nick Gordon, the former boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina who has already been found "legally responsible" for her death several years ago, was arrested over the weekend for domestic violence.

Gordon had told the officer he just wanted his girlfriend to leave the home because he claimed she had ripped his shirt and thrown a bottle at him. Houston's family blames him for the death of Kristina Brown after she was found face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub at their Atlanta home. Leal also claimed that he pulled her hair, and said that he should make her wreck the vehicle.

His story is completely different from the one his girlfriend told police.

Gordon was arrested and charged with battery domestic violence. Her estate later filed a $50 million wrongful death civil lawsuit against him.

Deputies said Leal, however, had a slightly swollen bottom lip with dried blood.

The arrest comes nine months after Gordon was busted for brutally beating his live-in girlfriend Laura Leal in a jealous rage.

Gordon was arrested for battery domestic violence.

He was given a bond of $500, along with a due date to appear in court on April 6. Once the got home, the couple were involved in a verbal altercation. Those charged were dropped when the woman refused to cooperate with police. Leal subsequently refused to press charges against Gordon and refused to complete or sign any domestic violence paperwork.

Nick was brought in under similar charges last June. "That's just how I feel", the singer said.
