Going by the naming scheme, the Mi Mix 2S seems to be more of a refinement and hence the design might not change at all.
Specsheet of the Mi MIX 2S has leaked online along with a sketch (pictured above) that gives us an idea of what the device might look like. Contrary to earlier reports, the company is not likely to launch its flagship Mi 7 smartphone during the tech expo.

Other than that, the Mi 7 is expected to have a 4480mAh battery, and it might support wireless charging as well. The smartphone is also rumoured to sport a 12-megapixel dual camera setup on its back.
Furthermore, the screenshot has also revealed that the Mi 7 will be featuring an octa-core CPU and the Adreno 630 GPU. The specs sheet also mentioned the inclusion of an under-display fingerprint sensor, a feature that even giants like Apple and Samsung have been struggling to implement on their flagship phones. It claims that the smartphone will have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.
The leaked screenshot shows the device was running MIUI 8.1.30x version which was released just a couple of weeks ago. Xiaomi and Qualcomm already confirmed their partnership earlier this year, which gives credence to the report that the Mi MIX 2S will be among the first smartphones to pack with the Snapdragon 845 chip this year. The expected launch date of the phone is going to be somewhere near the end of the next month. While for the longest time we have been hearing the Mi 7 is being launched, recently it was rumored that Xiaomi may keep the smartphone unveiling for April, and showcase the Mi MIX 2s at the MWC instead.
