The Belgium worldwide was Klopp's Premier League goalkeeper of choice for the first half of the season, with Karius appearing in just three matches in the top flight prior to the turn of the year.
"Virgil has played quite a bit now and with him in front we are getting more used to each other", Karius added. Of course he has to adapt a bit because our style is so different.
They profit from our style of play as well. We defend high. He needs to get used to Dejan [Lovren] and Joel [Matip].
Klopp said on January 19 that Karius would take over as Liverpool's primary goalkeeper and when Mignolet started in the FA Cup, it seemed as though the two players had switched roles.

"To be honest I have not made the final decision but it is not the same situation as it was", Klopp said. "The clean sheet was great for all of us".
Karius has been the favoured goalkeeper in the Champions League this season, with Mignolet only featuring in the two qualifiers against Hoffenheim.
'It's good and I feel good - getting weekly game time is very important, ' said Karius.
And despite being Liverpool's number one goalkeeper for a manager who has previously rotated shot-stoppers for domestic and worldwide club competitions, Klopp has confirmed Karius will continue in goal away to Porto.
Karius also has an average claim success of 81%, having failed to collect just one of his 16 attempts, compared to Mignolet's 89% success rate.More news: Chelsea and Man City eyeing Alderweireld
