Homophobic Abuse by Scott Baio Detailed by Former Co-Star

However, Baio's representatives held a press conference denying all of the allegations from Polinsky and Nicole Eggert.

Scott Baio is now facing sexual misconduct allegations from a second Charles in Charge co-star, Alexander Polinsky, who claims the actor bullied him with physical abuse and homophobic slurs.

"I was sexually harassed by Scott Baio and ultimately assaulted by him between the ages of 12 and 15 years old", Polinsky said, according to E!

"I was so naive I innocently hopped on his lap expecting to hear a story about Fonzi or Happy Days or something awesome", he said. "Instead of telling us a story, Scott immediately threw me off him and began angrily calling me "faggot" while Nicole laughed", he said.

Baio has already responded to Eggert's claims with an admission the pair had been intimate but Baio said the sexual encounter occurred after the series ended and when Eggert was over the age of 18.

"For reasons I don't understand, I am the target of false claims that threaten everything that is important in my life", Baio, 57, said in the statement, per People magazine. He also allegedly told the 11-year-old actor he was unlovable, and one time pulled down his trousers in front of 100 people. He alleged Baio also pulled down his trousers in front of 100 people and said in another incident, Baio exposed his genitals to Polinsky after cutting a hole in the wall of his dressing room. He told reporters that Baio repeatedly told him about gay sex acts and boasted of his sexual conquests with young girls and female co-stars.

He said the harassment began during the first season of the show, when he walked in on Eggert sitting on Baio's lap.

Joining Polinsky at Wednesday's press conference was Eggert, the first Charles in Charge actor to accuse Baio of misconduct.

Polinsky filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department on February 6 after voicing his support for Eggert last month.

Baio is more than 11 years older than Eggert.

Eggert, who is also represented by Bloom, alleged Baio, who was then around 27 years old, took advantage of her when she was 14 years old.

Asked about Eggert's claim this morning that she and Polinsky have witnesses to support their claims of Baio's abusive behavior, Glicklich said, "We'll believe it when we see it", and added that Baio has his own witnesses who would "paint a very different picture" of life on the Charles in Charge set. Baio has said her claims are not true.

"I sat with you while you cried", Carl said on social media.

However, Polinsky emphasized that he was not himself sexually abused by Baio. She also took her allegations to police last week.

Enstars has spoken to Bloom who has shed more light on the current scandal and what's next for her clients. His allegations include an incident in which he claimed Baio pulled down his trousers in front of over 100 people. "Today is about rejecting all of that and it's about standing up against child abuse".

Eggert and her lawyer Lisa Bloom were present while Polinky spoke at the news conference.
