Officers responded to a second complaint on the 200 block of East Bloch Street, and were given a similar description. Troopers searched the area for the suspects, but were unable to locate them.

Peel's Central Robbery Bureau is investigating.

The victim of the carjacking refused to pursue charges, but Jamie Hernandez, 21, was charged with one felony count of armed robbery with a firearm, police said. Police said the victim was not hurt. The second suspect was identified as Curtez Woods, 22, of Rockford.
