OR put together their best game of the year led by two Senior Transfers, Elijah Brown and MiKyle McIntosh on Thursday night against Arizona State.

What It Means: Oregon entered the night having matched the best start to conference play in school history at 4-0, and extended it with the win.

There were nine lead changes and neither team led by more than five points in a tight first half that ended with Oregon State up 34-33.

Oregon's Lexi Bando, the nation's leading active 3-point shooter at 45.8 percent, made her last two attempts to finish 3 of 10 from the arc. "No disrespect for Cal and I talked to coach about that, when you are that close you need to get that kind of a record".

Don Coleman managed 10 points on 3-for-8 shooting.

Miller highlighted the team's excellence from the line as a key to overcoming their 17 turnovers against a relentless OR press. Both teams went through dry spells and each had a couple big runs, but when the Wildcats needed to tighten things up defensively it did and it turned into what Miller called the team's best game of the year.

Miller said his decision to play Keanu Pinder 18 minutes Saturday after not playing him at all Thursday against Oregon State had to do with the foul trouble Dusan Ristic ran into as well as the smaller lineup the Ducks played as the game went on, going with power forward Kenny Wooten for only 12 minutes. Stephen Thompson (21 points) continued his torrid shooting pace by hitting a season-high five three-pointers (5 of 10). It needed all of those points because Arizona's bench once again nearly came up empty. Alkins scored seven in the surge, capping it with a 3-pointer that put Arizona up 54-42 with 4:10 to play. "So we're trying to use each other and feed off of each other, and that's what I think we did." he continued".

The Ducks rallied after Arizona State went on a big first-half run and did the same thing against Arizona - twice. Ethan Thompson bounced back from a tough stretch with a team-high seven assists (he had zero against Arizona). OR took its turn, tying the game at 55-all.

Onyenwere also had 11 rebounds to get her first career double-double and Canada dished out eight assists.

OR fell to 12-6 overall and 2-3 in the Pac-12. As the Wildcats would begin to seemingly pull away, the Ducks would have an answer. Hannah Johnson and Mai-Loni Henson each scored 13, with Johnson adding 11 rebounds.

Davis was the subject of boos and chants from Washington fans throughout, but he silenced those same fans hitting a 3-pointer with 3:23 left to push Stanford's lead to 65-60.

The senior launched himself high above the rim on a fastbreak opportunity with 8:26 remaining in the first half-grabbing Parker Jackson-Cartwright's pass, before slamming it home to give Arizona a 25-16 lead. He did have seven turnovers.

Pinder had six points, including a monster dunk, to go with two blocks and plenty of energy in the win. The lead was down to 62-60 after Matisse Thybulle's free throws with 3:52 left, but that was Washington's final charge.

Andrew Vickers led L&C with 22 points.
