Jacksonville, OR man wins $1000004 with Powerball ticket

A Wisconsin Rapids Powerball victor has been identified after a $50,000 ticket was sold at Bud's Corner Mart, according to the Wisconsin Lottery.

Ronald Ceci of Grants Pass won $2 million in the December 30 drawing by matching five numbers with a Power Play option. He purchased his ticket from the J'Ville Tavern in Jacksonville.
