Honor View 10, Honor 7X US-bound for under $500 and $200

Expanding its wearable lineup, Huawei brand Honor on Friday launched the Honor Band A2 in India.

When teasing the device yesterday, Honor also assured that it will place the teased smartphone in an affordable category.

Chinese smartphone maker, Huawei's subsidiary brand Honor had unveiled the Honor View 10 smartphone in India last week.

Reports have apparently confirmed that Honor rebranded smartphone- the Honor View 10 has gone on sales in India via Amazon India. Apart from the United States, the new Honor View 10 smartphone will also go on sale in India, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.

The company has revealed that it is planning to launch a new smartphone with four cameras (two at the back and two on the front) later this month.

First, the Honor 7X.

"We are thrilled to launch the true AI phone to the Indian consumers: Honor View 10, with unique no cost EMI and discount offer in association with ICICI Bank". The phone released with a special edition phone in Red color.

The camera department has both the front and back, the smartphone sports a 13-megapixel primary camera with a 2-megapixel secondary camera. This marks one of the first times the company has brought its handsets to the USA as it tends to stick to other regions such as Asia. The Honor View 10 is priced at ₹29,999, however, you can get it for ₹28,499 effectively.

The handset has a 5.65-inch full-HD+ IPS display with an 18:9 aspect ratio.

What we saw of the Honor View 10 in Las Vegas looks an very bad lot like the phone previewed in December.

It is powered by a Huawei HiSilicon Kirin 659 SoC coupled with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM.

As for the price, Honor 9 Lite starts at CNY 1,199 (approximately Rs. 11,720) for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant, CNY 1,499 (about Rs. 14,650) for the 4GB RAM + 32GB storage option, and CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs. 17,600) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model. The native memory on all three variants is expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card. It features a combination of 16 Megapixel + 20 Megapixel cameras with all the useful photo capturing mode along with the LED Flash light.
