The 20-year-old Florida man who just won the $451 Million jackpot from Mega Millions is no stranger to spending fat stacks, because the dude already plunked down cash when he bought his first auto.

Missler, originally from Livermore, Maine, will take the lump sum payout of $281.2 million.

"I'm only 20, but I hope to use it to pursue a variety of passions, help my family and do some good for humanity", he said in a statement.

Moments after the announcement, Missler's Facebook page was quickly flooded with congratulations messages.

Shane Missler turned in the winning ticket Friday afternoon at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee for the fourth-largest prize in Mega Millions history, the Tampa Bay Times reported.

The ticket was bought at the 7-11 Eleven at 7131 Ridge Rd.in Port Richey, which is is northwest of Tampa in Pasco County.

He shared the news with his father over coffee the following day. The money is to be paid to a trust, managed by Missler, under the name of "Secret 007, LLC".

The winning numbers to claim the nation's 10th-largest jackpot were 28-30-39-59-70 with a Mega Ball of 10. The convenience store will also get $100,000 for selling the winning ticket.

Missler quit his job at a local background screening company shortly after the win. "I look forward to the future", Missler said in a statement released by his lawyer.

The victor of the $560 million Powerball ticket in New Hampshire has not yet come forward.
