"We've had lots of discussions with the Premier League to discuss the ways they do things differently to see what we can learn". And even though the team has taken a major step in the right direction this season, Thursday's performance against Boston is just another example that Philadelphia still has a lot of learning to do before earning consideration for being a major threat in the National Basketball Association.

Brown's air smooch didn't end up being the dumbassery of a scorned loser. But their opponents, who are ninth, have reasons to be positive with star player, Joel Embiid returning to form this season after suffering from a series of injuries. Now, it's true, the move could have looked frightful.

But the 76ers were not afforded the opportunity to laugh at Brown's kiss. The former Kansas center is scoring 23.8 points per game, and also ripping down almost 11 rebounds per game.

With the win, the Celtics improve to 34-10, while the 76ers fall to 19-20. While most of his teammates unraveled in a string of confusing decisions, Brown just kept working.

They're gunning for a seventh straight win tonight against a 76ers side creeping up the ladder.

"It's something I'll remember for the rest of my life - the opportunity to come here, play this attractive game and create some heart on the floor".

T.J. McConnell emerged as a key spark off the bench, tallying 12 points (6-11 fg), 5 assists, 4 boards, and 3 steals.

Thursday's game at the O2 Arena will be the eighth time the National Basketball Association has hosted a regular season game in London - but this match-up between the Boston Celtics and Philadelphia 76ers promises to be the best yet.

The Sixers fell behind in the third and were outscored by 15 points in the quarter.

Kyrie Irving had 20 points, seven assists and six rebounds and Boston overcame a 22-point deficit to beat Philadelphia 114-103 in the eighth regular-season game played in England. So whether you're a new fan who's never watched a game before or a fan who couldn't get a ticket for the live event itself, this is the ideal way to enjoy the entertainment without having to part with a single penny. The Celtics second-year forward spent most of the game guarded by Sixers defensive stopper Robert Covington.it just wasn't Covington's most effective night. But I will cut them some slack for a brutal schedule. Maybe it was all right on target.

The second-best defense during that stretch, which belongs to the Minnesota Timberwolves, owns a 100.9 rating.

"It was pretty awesome", Celtics point guard Kyrie Irving said. "Demand excellence and go and put on a show", said Irving, who joined the Celtics previous year from the Cleveland Cavaliers.
