Actor Aziz Ansari Accused Of Sexual Assault, Twitter Debates

The star of Netflix's Master of None is said to have sexually assaulted a woman after she went on a date with him a year ago.

"Like, he got the cheque and then it was bada-boom, bada-bing, we're out of there", she told Babe.

She says they exchanged numbers and made a decision to go on a date.

The pair of them allegedly had dinner, where it felt like "Ansari was eager for them to leave".

After allegedly asking her to have sex repeatedly, the woman says she went to the bathroom to collect herself, and once she re-entered the room, Aziz asked if she was ok. She also says that Aziz coerced her into having oral sex. "In a second, his hand was on my breast".

"When Ansari told her he was going to grab a condom within minutes of their first kiss, Grace voiced her hesitation explicitly".

The anonymous woman says she kept trying to give verbal and non-verbal cues that she wasn't enjoying the alleged experience. The woman says she asked him to slow down, but he continued and performed oral sex on her. "When she turned to answer, she says he met her with 'gross, forceful kisses'".

Even as the 22-year-old photographer was busy processing what had just happened to her, the day after their date, Ansari reached out to Grace.

Grace claims she responded: "Last night might've been fun for you, but it wasn't for me". When we got back to your place, you ignored clear, non-verbal cues; you kept going with advances.

Ansari has not commented on the allegations. "Clearly, I misread things in the moment and I'm truly sorry". According to Grace, Ansari turned the compliment into an invitation.

The accuser says she came forward because she saw Ansari rocking a Times Up pin at the Golden Globes. A Brooklyn based photographer accused him of sexual misconduct. Refinery29 called him a "certified woke bae" in 2016. He was honoured for Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series - Musical or Comedy for "Master of None" at the 75th Golden Globe Awards. It was at that time that her memories of the alleged incident flooded back.

Grace told the publication, "It was actually painful to watch him win and accept an award". And absolutely cringe-worthy that he was wearing the Time's Up pin.

As per the report, the two exchanged "flirtatious texts" over a week or so before Ansari finally asked her to go out on a date. "I don't think that was noticed at all, or if it was, it was ignored".
