Ocean's 8 follows the Ocean's trilogy, which included Ocean's Eleven in 2001, Ocean's Twelve in 2004 and Ocean's Thirteen in 2007.

We're just here for Rihanna. Because, really, who doesn't want to see a kickass group of women who work together to get stuff done?

But seriously, that was our initial thought when we heard that the first trailer for the upcoming Ocean's 8 film was finally ready.

Much like the other films in the franchise, Bullock's Ocean character plans to do a big heist with all of the friends she can recruit. Fronting the A-list cast is Sandra Bullock, who plays Debbie Ocean, the sister of George Clooney's infamous character Danny Ocean from the first three Ocean's films.

We'll be able to judge the final product for ourselves when Ocean's 8 release on 8 June 2018.

Details are scarce thus far, but EW reports Debbie and co. aim to steal a "priceless" necklace from a celebrity attendee at the Met Gala.

Eight badass stars, one badass heist and a zillion badass outfits. The film stars Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Rihanna, and a slew of other unbelievable actors in a feat of fantastic casting. Matt Damon will cameo while James Corden will play an insurance investigator, and Dakota Fanning also has a role.

During filming past year, Dakota Fanning was spotted on set, though nothing is known about her role in the film. A very conspicuous shot of Debbie drinking a martini and smiling at Danny's grave appears toward the end of trailer.
